Laura Marie Durant began suffering from anxiety and depression at an early age. While she was blessed with excellent therapeutic and medical care, it wasn’t until she began to spend ample time in prayer and surrender herself to the Heart of Jesus that she began to experience true healing. The heart of Laura’s ministry is to lead all, especially those who struggle with anxiety and depression, to a deeper relationship with Jesus, where true, divine healing is found.

Laura and her husband, John (with Durant Design), are the proud parents of their 7-year-old bulldog, Winston. They live in Central Texas and attend St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic Church in Cedar Park. She is also a member of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites (Oklahoma Province of St. Therese).

Laura is passionate about encouraging others to practice long-term, healthy self-care, to meditate on the Passion of Christ as a source of healing, and to develop a deeper prayer life and relationship with Jesus.
