Steffani Aquila – Helping individuals, families, and parishes to instill Catholic culture and tradition through a liturgical life.

Steffani Aquila is the Director of Liturgical Life for the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and the owner of His Girl Sunday, a business and blog that helps individuals, families, and parishes live liturgically and build long-lasting, authentic Catholic traditions. She has a Master of Arts in Theological Studies and has worked in Catholic high schools as a dean and an honors-level Theology teacher. When she’s not doing those things, you can find her reading theological books, hosting feast day parties for family & friends, and dancing down the aisles of Hobby Lobby.

I’m passionate about helping Catholic business owners have profitable businesses.

Too many business owners work their butts off for years trying to make a go of their business, only to burn out because they can’t seem to actually make money. They may make lots of sales but it doesn’t seem to translate into money in their pockets.

I’ve been an accountant (CPA, CA) for over 20 years and I’ve owned my own business since 2007. I’ve taken everything I have learned and simplified it to the few basic things you need to be profitable.

Claire discovered a passion for small businesses early on in her career after working for a Fortune 100 company and
then moving to a small start-up. She saw the truly limitless potential for start-ups and small businesses to bring good
to a community, so she focused the next couple of years on learning how to create strategic growth for small businesses.
Claire spent a year taking part in experiential learning projects to grow small businesses and accelerate start-ups,
